He has been responsible for the development, rationalization, and improvement of the pre-employment and vendor management systems of various companies, enhancing particularly the critical areas of background screening and drug testing. His extensive background includes implementation and management solutions for enterprise-level projects as well as targeted development of small and medium-level customized programs.This involved successful interactions and consultations with different types of businesses from top 10 Fortune 500 companies to start-up organizations. He has proven through all this that one of the keys to achieving the client's objectives is to integrate best practices with new and advanced technologies.

ChrisAbichandani, Chief Technology Officer

Chris began his web development career in December 1998, the middle-school year of the Internet. Since then he has grown into a versatile and professional web developer with expertise in the areas of graphic design, web programming, and database administration. Much of his well-rounded knowledge and rich skill set matured in diverse environments from small start-ups to well-established major corporations in the networking and telecommunications industry such as Nortel Networks and Verizon. It is not surprising then that Chris is highly versed in several programming languages and can navigate through various systems and platforms.

In 2009 he joined C-Net Technologies and initially carried out the role of Senior Software Architect. Soon afterwards he stepped up to the major responsibility of being C-Net's Chief Technology Officer. His technical aptitude and dedication drives C-Net's offered solutions into becoming the next standard for online pre-employment screening,auditing and compliance management systems.

Gynelle Heath, Operations Manager

Gynelle has been there from the start as she was C-Net's first employee. When she joined in 2005, she brought with her five years of operational and management know-how gleaned from the service industry. She simultaneously fulfills the responsibility of being the company's Corporate Compliance Officer and is the in-house expert when it comes to matters related to federal and state or local credit reporting laws. As such she carries out a wide range of duties from verification, public records and customer service delivery to supervising operations of C-Net's pre-employment screening, vendor management and auditing solutions.

Melody Burcham, Customer Relationship Manager

C-Net's customer value proposition could not be fulfilled without a capable customer advocate and this is exactly what Melody has been since she became part of the company in 2006. She serves as the bridge between the production department and the clients and maintains a smooth two-way communication between the two in order to ensure that customer expectations are always exceeded.
